OROINANCE NO. 233 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING
CHAPTER 7 OF TITLE 4 OF THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO REGULATION OF REGISTRATION AND USE
OF BICYCLES OF ADDING SECTION 4-7.15
THE CITY COUNC I L OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Chapter 7 of Title 4 of the Arroyo Grande Municipal
Code relating to regulation of registration and use of bicycles by adding
[Section 4-7.15 as follows:
Section 4-].15. Bicycle Use on Sidewalks in the Downtown Village
Area.
Bicycles are restricted from sidewalks on Branch Street from the
foot of Crown Hill on the east to Wesley Street 00 the west.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its final passage, ~nd within fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be published once, together with the names of the Council
Members voting thereon, in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member Millis,
and on the following roll c~ll vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Hogan, Millis, and Vandeveer
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Pope
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 1980.
