RESOLUTION NO. 2166
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING" I
ZONE ON A PORTION OF GRANO AVENUE (1108 TO i
AND INCLUDING 1124 GRAND AVENUE) (MUNICIPAL I
CODE SEC. 2-7.04)

WHEREAS, it appear5 nece55ary and de5irable to prohibit parking on a
portion of Grand Avenue, a5 5pecifically de5cribed below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, a5 follow5:
That a "No Parking" zone be e5tablished on the northerly
frontage of Grand Avenue, extending from a point eight
hundred twenty feet (820') east of the centerline of the
inter5ection of Grand Avenue and Brisco Road, thence
easterly to a point on the northerly right-of-way line,
eight hundred twenty-nine feet (829') east of the center-
line of the intersection of Grand Avenue and Brisco Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said No Parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Mi 11 is , seconded by Council Member
Johnson , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Millis, Johnson, Porter and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Moots
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of
October, 1987.
