RESOLUTION NO 215'1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ADOPI'ING FEES AND FDmI FOR VARIOUS
SHR VICBS, PERM1'JS, LICENSES AND INFRACl'lONS
WHEREAS, The City of Arroyo Grande perfonrs certain services, issues permits and licenses,
which benefit specific individuals and businesses; and
WHEREAS, such services, permits and licenses are to be paid by those parties who receive
such services, permits and licenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City COuncil of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby adopts the Fee
Schedule attached to this Resolution and marked as Exhibit A, and and hereby incorporates such
EJChibit into this Resolution.
On motion of Council Menber Moots, seconded by COuncil Menber Porter, and on the following
roll call vote, to Wit:
AYES: Council Members Moots, Porter, Millis and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Menber Johnson
the foregoiqr Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of September, 1987 and shall become
effective upon the effective date of Ordinance No. 361 C.S.
