ARROYO GRANDE DETERMINING THAT A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOl'IIENT IS SIMILAR TO OTHER USES IN THE n0-3n
HIGHWAY <X>MMERCIAL DISI1UCr, S1JB.1FCI' TO USE PERMIT
PROCIIDURES, IN A<XX>RDANCE wrm SOCTION 9-4.1403 OF THE
MUNICIPAL roDE
WHEREAS, the Arroyo Grande City Cbuncil did consider a request to allow for a Planned Unit
Deveio[:mant in the "0-3" HighWay Coomerclal District; and
WHRREAS, the City Cbuncil final the requested \I3e to be coIlSistent with the other uses
pennitted in the Highway Cam1ereial District; and
WHRREAS, at the regular meeting of the Arroyo Grande City Cbuncil, held on Sept€fl1ber 22,
1987, said request was considered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RmOLVED that the City Cbuncil of the City of Arroyo Grande
has detennined that a Planned Unit Deveio[:mant is similar in character to other uses pennitted in the
"0-3" Highway Coomercial District, subject to Use Pennit procedures.
On IOOtion by Cbuncil Member Moots, seconded by Cbuncil Member Porter, and by the following
roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Moots, Porter, Millis and Mayor Mankins
