RESOLUTION NO. 2136
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A TAX PROCEEDS
EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1987-1988
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES
that the Fiscal 19B7-19BB expenditure appropriation limit from tax proceeds
is $5,368,024, in accordance with Article XIIIB of the California
Constitution (Prop. 4, SB1352).
On motion of Council Member Johnson, seconded by Council Member
Millis, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Johnson, Millis, Moots, Porter and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 12th day of May, 19B7.
