RESOLUTION NO. 2131
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE REPEALiNG RESOLUTION NO. 1484
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1484 provides for a specific value for
purposes of issuance of "in-lieu" certificates provided for in Municipal
Code Section 9-4.2603j and
WHEREAS, Municipal Code Section 9-4.2603 was amended and no longer
provides for the issuance of "in-lieu" certificates.
NOW, THEREFORE, Resolution 1484 is hereby repealed.
On motion of Council Member Moots, seconded by Council Member Johnson,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit: -
