RESOLUTION NO. 2124
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF EL CAMINO REAL (411 EL
CAMINO REAL) (MUNICIPAL CODE 4-3.05)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
a portion of El CaJILino Real, as specifically described below:
[ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the
southerly frontage of El Camino Real extending
from a point 140 feet east of the centerline
of the intersection of El Camino Real and Bennett
Avenue to a point on the southerly right of way
line, 235 feet easterly of the centerline of
the intersection of El Camino Real and Bennett
Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Moots , seconded by Council
Member Johnson , and on the following roll call vote, to wit: ".
AYES: Council Members Moots, Johnson and Porter and Mayor Mankins
NOES: Council Member Millis
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 3rd day of
March, 1987.
