RESOLUTION NO. 2021
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF NORTH HALCYON ROAD (110
HALCYON ROAD) (MUNICIPAL CODE 4-3.05)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
a portion of North Halcyon Road as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the
easterly frontage of North Halcyon Road extend-
ing from a point 190 feet north of the center
line of the intersection of Grand Avenue and
North Halcyon Road northerly to a point on the
easterly - right of way line, 230 feet northerly
of the centerline of the intersection of Grand
Avenue and North Halcyon Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Porter , seconded by Council
Member Johnson , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Porter, Johnson, Moots and Millis and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 24th day of
February, 1987.
