RESOLUTION NO. 2020
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF GRAND AVENUE (909 .,923
GRAND AVENUE) (MUNICIPAL CODE 4-3.05)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
a portion of Grand Avenue, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the
southerly frontage of Grand Avenue extending
from a point 95 feet west of the centerline of
the intersection of Grand Avenue and Halcyon
Road to a point on the southerly right of way
line, 140 feet westerly of the centerline of
the intersection of Grand Avenue and Halcyon
Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Porter , seconded by Council
Member Johnson , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Porter, Johnson, Moots and Millis and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
