RESOLUTION NO, 2019
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO
PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF ROBLES ROAD
(MUNICIPAL CODE 4-3.0S)
WrlEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
a portion of Robles Road, as specifically described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on
both frontages of Robles Road between E1
Camino Real and its intersection with
Chil ton Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized, to provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Porter , seconded by Council
Member Johnson , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Porter, Johnson, Moots and Millis and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 24 th day of
February, 1987.
