RESOLUTION NO. 2018
A RESOLUTION OF THE.GITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING TWO (2) HOUR PARKING
ZONE ON A PORTION OF TRAFFICWAY.(40S,407 & 411
TRAFFIC WAY) ENCOMPASSING A MINIMUM OF THREE (3)
PARKING SPACES.
WHEREAS, it appears necess~ry and desirable to establish a two (2)
hour parking zone on a portion of Traffic Way as specifically described
below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a two (2) hour parking zone be established
on the easterly frontage of Traffic Way extend-
ing from a point 112 feet south of the center
line of Allen Street to a point on the easterly
right of way line, 206 feet southerly of the
centerline of Allen Street, (This description
includes a 23 foot driveway approach that goes
back to the property.)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said two (2) hour parking
zone.
On motion of Council Member Porter , seconded by Council
Member Johnson , and on the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Porter, Johnson, Moots and Millis and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 24 th day of
February, 1987.
