RESOLUTION NO. 2016
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
ADDING TWO AFTERNOON REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
DURING FEBRUARY, MARCH AND APRIL, 1987,
AND APPROVING AMENDED RULES OF PROCEDURE
FOR THE COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande as
fall ows :
1 . Additional Regular Meetings of the City Council
In addition to the regular nighttime City Council meetings
provided in Section 2-1.101 of the Municipal Code, and pursuant
to the provisions of Municipal Code Section 2-1.103, the City
Council shall meet in regular session from 3:30 P.M. to 5:00
P.M. on the first and third Tuesday during February, March
and April of 1987 only.
2. Rules of Procedure for the City Council
The City Council Rules of Procedure adopted by Resolution No.
1965 on June 10, 1986, are hereby amended to read in full as
set forth upon Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to post
copies and/or extracts of said Rules in suitable places for
the guidance of persons having business with this Council.
Upon motion of Council Member Johnson, seconded by Council Member
Porter, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Johnson, Porter and Moots
NOES: Council Member Millis
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 27th day of January,
1987.
