WHEREAS, the Cty Council of the Ctyof Arroyo Grande adopted Ordnance No. 306 c.s., known as
the "Interim ,School FacUities Ordinance"; and
WHEREAS, the Cty Council of the Cty of Arroyo Grande adopted Resolution No. 1738 c.s., known as \
the, "Interim School Facilities Fees Resolution"; and ..
WHEREAS, AB 2926 authorizes Lucia Mar Unified School District to adopt school fees in excess of j
Cty of Arroyo Grande Resolution No. 1738 as pemitted by Ordinance No. 306 c.s.; and
WHEREAS, Lucia Mar Unified School District has adopted such fees, effective March 14, 1987, as
authorized by AB2926;
NOW, 'l'BEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED mAT:

1. The Cty Cbtu1cll amend; Paragraph 2 of Resolution No. 1738, to read as follows:
"2. The following schedule of fees shall be effective Felruary 14, 1987:
o - 1 Bedroom Dwelling Unit, 849 square feet or less. $0.00
o - 1 Bedroom Dwelling Unit, 850 square feet or greater. $0.00
, ,2 Bedroom Dwelling Unit, 1349 square feet or less. $0.00
2 Bedroom Dwelling Unit, 1350 square feet or greater. $0.00
3 Bedroom Dwelling Unit, 1949 square feet or' less. $0.00
3 Bedroom Dwelling Unit, 1950 square feet or greater. $0.00
4 or IJDre Bedroom Dwelling Unit, regardless of square footage. $0.00
2. The Cty Council hereby states its intent to repeal Ordinance No. 306 c.s., the "Interim School
Facilities Ordinance", effective March 14, 1988.
