RESOLUTION NO. 2014
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO
PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF WEST BRANCH
STREET (MUNICIPAL CODE 4-3.05).
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
a portion of West Branch Street, as specifically described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on
both frontages of West Branch Street between
Oak Park Boulevard and its intersection with
North Halcyon Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized, to provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.

On motion of Council Member Moots , seconded by Council Member I
Johnson and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Moots, Johnson and Porter
NOES: Council Member Millis
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 27th day of January ,
1987.
