RESOLUTION NO. 2006
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A BOULEVARD
STOP SIGN AT TliE INTERSECTION OF NORTH ELM
STREET AND LINDA DRIVE.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable ~o establish a boulevard
stop sign at the intersection of North Elm Street and Linda Drive;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI L OF TIlE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a stop sign be placed on North Elm
Street at the northwest corner, and south-
east corner of North Elm Street and Linda
Drive, so as to stop northbound and south-
bound traffic before crossing the westerly ~ ., ,
extension of Linda Drive onto North Elm
Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized, to provide and install sufficient
signs and/or markings to indicate said stop signs.
On motion of Council Member Moots , seconded by Council ~lember
Porter , and on the following roll call vote, to wit: I
AYES: Mayor Smith and Councilmembers Johnson, Moots and Porter
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Gallagher
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day of November,
1986.
