RESOLUTION NO. 2002
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
DEEDED BY OTISE, INC. AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPrANCE (GOVERNMENT
OODE SECTION 27281)
WHEREAS, the aty has entered into an Agreement to purchase a portion of a parcel of real
property from OTISE, INC., and;
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the aty to execute a Certificate of Acceptance before the
deed may be recorded.
NO W, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the aty Council of the atyof Arroyo Grande
as follows:
1. The mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the aty a Certificate of
Acceptance of real property from OTISE, INC. in subrtantially the form and content shown on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto, and the Certificate of Acceptance may be recorded simultaneously with the
recordation of the Grant Deed.
On IIX>tion of Councilmenber Jolmson, seconded by Councilmenber Porter, and on the following
vote, to wit:
A YES: Mayor Smith and CounciJmenbers Gallagher, Johnson, Moots and Porter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28th day of October, 1986.
