RESOLUTION NO. 1QQQ
\, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING STANDARD
SPECIFICATION FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION (1985),
1986 SUPPLEMENT TO STANDARD SPECIFICATION FOR
PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION, STANDARD PLANS FOR
PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION (1985), AND CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE SUPPLEMENT TO STANDARD PLANS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to create a more
pleasing and safe community in which to live, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary from time to time to adopt City standards
to accomplish the aforementioned; and .
WHEREAS, its standards are considered to be a minimum to insure
compliance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande does hereby resolve and adopt the following standard
specifications and plans as minimum standard for construction within
the city.
1. Standard Specification for Public Works Construction (1985).
2. 1986 Supplement to Standard Specification for Public Works
Construction.
3. Standard Plans for Public Works Construction (1985).
4. City of Arroyo Grande Supplement to Standard Plans (1986).
On motion of Councilmember Johnson, seconded by Councilmember
Moots, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gallagher, Johnson, Moots and Porter
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Smith
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of Oc~ober,
1986.
