A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNClL OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE TO ADOPI'
THE SOLIn WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the O:uIty of San LuIs Obispo has In contOl'llllllCe with SectIon 17146, Natural
Resources COde t:rmmitted to the Oty of Arroyo Grande the final draft of Solid Waste Management
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Natural Resources COde requirEs action by the Oty within 90 da}'S after
receipt of said draft; and
WHEREAS, the proposed COUnty wide Plan addresses objectives, a ~am for
Implementation, outlines ~ for financing and identities the Oty's role.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YEn that the Oty 0Juncil of the Oty of Arroyo Grande
