RESOLUTION NO. 1983
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ,
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A I
"NO PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF GRAND
AVENUE, (1025 GRAND AVENUE) MUNICIPAL
CODE 4-3.05
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
a portion of Grand Avenue, as specifically described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the
Southerly frontage of Grand Avenue extending from
a point along the Southerly right of way line from
a point 422 feet Westerly of the intersection of
Grand Avenue with the centerline of Alder Street
extending along said Southerly right of way line
of Grand Avenue a length of 43 feet to a point
which lies 465 feet Westerly of said intersec-
tion of Grand Avenue with the centerline of
Alder Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient
signs and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.

Member Moots, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Mayor Smith and Councilmembers Gallagher, Johnson, Moots and Porter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this12th day ofAJgust, 1986.
