RESOLUTION NO. 3293
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A SALARY AND
BENEFIT PROGRAM FOR MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande CICity"} deems it in the
best interest of the City that compensation for Management employees be fixed as
hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande that:
1. Management employees shall receive a 1 % increase in base salaries effective
the pay period beginning July 1, 1998.
2. The Long Term Disability coverage for Management shall be modified from a
90-day to 60-day waiting period.
3. Management employees shall receive paid term life insurance in the amount of
$50,000.
4. Management employees annual leave maximum accumulation shall be
increased to 675 hours.
5. Management employees annual leave cash-out shall be increased to 100 hours.
All other terms and conditions of the cash-out provisions shall remain
unchanged.
6. A mileage allowance of $100 per month shall be established for the Financial
Services Director, City Clerk, and Community Development Director.
7. The terms of this Resolution shall become effective July 1, 1998.
8. All other salary and benefit terms and conditions remain in effect and
unchanged.
9. All resolutions, regulations, and orders that are inconsistent herewith,
including, but not limited to, Resolution No. 3242, are hereby repealed.
On motion of Council Member Runels , seconded by Council Member Tolley,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
