RESOLUTION NO. 1976
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF ASH STREET
(MUNICIPAL CODE 4-3.09,
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
a portion of Ash Street, as specifically d~scribed below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ,of
Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on
the southerly frontage of Ash Street ex-
tending from a point on the westerly City
limits to a point on the southerly right of
way line, 762 feet easterly of the westerly
City limits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking"
zone.
On motion of Council Member Johnson, seconded by Council
Member Porter, and on the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gallagher, Johnson, Moots and Porter
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor B'Ann Smith
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of July,
1986.
