ARROYO GRANDE COMMENDING K~ H. "KATCHO" ACHADJIAN
FOR HIS OUTSTANDING SERVICES TO THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE
WHEREAS, K. H. "Katcho" Acbadjian contributed to the c~y of Aaoyo Grande with
dedication and desire fot many years as a civic Ieadet and ac:bicvet as dcmoosttated by his current and
past contributions and service as ptewent and director of the Arroyo Grande Cwnber of Conmerce,
Arroyo Grande awr for the 1984 Olympic celebrations, Arroyo Grande Citizen of the Year, director
anD/or officerships with the Harvest Festival Coomittee, Exchange Cub, Harvest Belle Pageant,
Rotary Oub and Optimist Cub, as wen as baving provided leadership in such comnunity activities and
programs as "Proudly We Hail", "Books of Golden Deeds", "Eagles Football Century Cub". CaJq>fite
Girls, Semal Assault Victim's Education. March of Dimes and other involvements of dedication,
contribution and Jove too numerous to document; and.
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande recognizes K. H. "Katcho"
Achadjian for his service to the conrnunity of Arroyo Grande as 01ai.tman of the Diamond Jubilee
Coumittee.
NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'l'HE CTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE,. AS FOLLOWS:
That on behalf of saX! City Council, both as a council and individually, and on behalf of the
citizens of Arroyo Grande. K. H. "Katcho" Achadjian is hereby coamended for his dedicated service to
the citizens of the City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Counc:ilmembet. JO~D, seconded by Coun('i~er Moots, and unanimously
carried, the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 24th day of June, 1986.
