A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING A 2005 FORD F-250
TRUCK AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE OR
DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande ("City") owns a 2005 Ford F-250 truck and the
cost of maintenance of this vehicle exceeds its value; and
WHEREAS, this item can be classified as surplus property and made available for sale
to private parties or disposed of.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does declare as surplus the vehicle described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, and authorizes staff to sell/dispose of said vehicle
in compliance with authorized disposition procedures.
On motion of Council Member Barneich, seconded by Council Member Ray, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Barneich, Ray, Harmon, Brown, and Mayor Hill
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of May, 2018.
