A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING A 1995 FORD E-350
UTILITY VEHICLE AND HONDA GENERATOR MOUNTED
ON UTILITY TRAILER AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING
ITS SALE OR DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande ("City") owns a 1995 Ford E-350 utility vehicle
and one (1) portable generator mounted on a utility trailer and the cost of maintenance
of this vehicle / property exceeds its value; and
WHEREAS, these items can be classified as surplus property and made available for
sale to private parties or disposed of.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does declare as surplus the vehicle / property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and authorizes staff to sell/dispose of
said vehicle / property in compliance with authorized disposition procedures.
On motion of Council Member Brown, seconded by Council Member Harmon, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Brown, Harmon, Barneich, and Ray
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Hill
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of May, 2018.
