RESOLUTION NO. 1958
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTAIILISHING A
"NO PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF STATION
WAY (MUNICIPAL CODE 4-3.05).
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
a portion of Station Way, as specifically described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
. That a '''No Parking" zone be established on
both frontaqes .
of Station Way between Traffic Way and Fair
Oaks Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized, to provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member
Moots and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Mayor Smith and Council Members Gallagher, Johnson, Moots and Porter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13thday of May,
1986.
