RESOLUTION NO. 1957 ,

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A
"NO PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF SOUTH
MASON STREET (ARROYO GRANDE CITY HALL)
(MUNICIPAL CODE 4-3.05)
WHEREAS. it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
a portion of South Mason Street. as-specifically described below:
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE. AS FOLLOWS:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on .
the westerly frontage of South Mason Street
beginning at a point of the- intersection of
southerly right of way line of East Branch
Street with the westerly right of way line
of South Mason Street; thence southerly
along said westerly right of way line. 50
feet from the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said No Parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher . seconded by Council Member
Johnson, and on the following roll call vote. to wit;
AYES: Mayor Smith and Council Members Gallagher, Johnson, Moots and Porter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13thday of May,
1986.
