Is $3,541,045, In accordance with Article XI liB of the Callfornl~
Constitution (prop.- 4. SBI352).

On motion of Counc II Member Gallagher , seconded by Council
Member Moots , and on the following roll call vote, to wIt:
AYES: Mayor Smith and Council Members Gallagher, Johnson, Moots and Porter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
