PLANNING COMMISSION & STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Adopt a Resolution approving tentative tract map 18-002 (VTTM 3081) and modifying the following conditions of approval: (Conditions 1-3 and the “further resolved”)
COA #s 18, 49, & 157 – Adding Saturday construction hours with limitations; and
COA#s 162, 163, & 164 – Modifying the timing for completion of traffic-relation mitigation measures to prior to issuance of the 1st building permit for homes other
than model homes.
And Condition #4 – Installation of E. Cherry Avenue R/W improvements along the
Specific Plan - Sub Area 1 frontage with city assistance to collect reimbursement funds.

10 AM – 5 PM
No construction on Sunday or official holidays
Construction work requiring city inspections shall be limited to Monday – Friday
Off-site work shall be limited to Monday – Friday
Movement of construction related vehicles 10 AM – 5 PM only
