WHEREAS, certain plOvWons of the City'. C4mprebtnaive ~niDg Ordinance and/or Building
Code may have been violated at 381 Corbett Canyon Road; and
WHEREAS, wntten DOuce. of theae violations have been given on April 17, 1986.
NOW. 'IHERBFORB. BE rr RESOLVED that it is the intent of the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande to hold a public hearing to 'gather evidence aubatantiating that a public nuiaance does
exist and thereby giving public DOtice that if the nuiaance is DOt abated, that the Municipal authorities
will, by rehabiJitation, repair, demo1ition, removal or other appropriate actions, mitigate the nuiaance at
the expense of the property owner, which will become a lien against the plemiaes.
On motion by Counl"itmemhcr Gallagher, aeconded by CoUDn1memher Jobnson, and on the
following role call vote.. to wit:
