- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE .-.--,', ;,,",.,;--.~;:
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO
.PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF HALCYON
ROAD (303 HALCYON ROAD)
(MUNICIPAL CODE 4-3.05)
I WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a por-
tion of Halcyon-:Road_ as specifically described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRfu~DE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the Easterly
frontage of Halcyon Road extending from a point along
the Easterly right of way line from a point 219 feet
Southerly of the intersection of Halcyon Road with the
Southerly right of way of Dodson Way extending along
said Easterly right of way line of Halcyon Road a
length of 114 feet to a point which lies 333 feet
Southerly of said intersection of Halcyon Road with the
Southerly right of way of Dodson Way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized, to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or m<1Tkings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher , seconded by Council Member
Johnson , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:

NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adotped this 25th_day of February, 1986.
