RESOLUTION NO. 1933
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
ESTABLISHING NEW AND AMENDING CURRENT
DISPOSAL SERVICE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
RATES, EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 1986
WHEREAS, Sections 6-4.10 and 6-4.11 provide for amendment of disposal
services rates by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, and
WHEREAS, the Ci ty Council has revi ewed new proposed di sposa 1 service
rates and has conducted a public hearin9.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Ci ty Counci 1 of the Ci ty of Arroyo Grande hereby
amends para9raph 16 of the Disposal Service Franchise Agreement between South
County Sanitary Service, Inc, and the City of Arroyo Grande, dated January 23,
1985, on March 1, 1986, to read in its entirety:
"16. Rates to be charged for garbage, refuse and rubbish collection covered by
thi s Agreement shall be as contained in Schedule A for the period March 1,
1986, through Apri 1 30, 1987, and as contained in Schedule B for the period
beginning May 1, 1987, through December 31, 1988."
SCHEDULE A (March 1, 1986, through April 30, 1987)
I. RESIDENTIAL SERVICE
One time a week service - standard container - 32 gallon or less - 80
pound weight limit
Dne can plus one yard trash per week

One can in the yard plus one yard trash
per week on the curb------------------------------------$ 8.80 per month
