A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE APPROVING REVISED MASTER AGENCY-STATE
AGREEMENT AND PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. F017 TO
ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 05-5199F15 FOR
THE TRAFFIC WAY BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City and the State have entered into Administering Agency-State
Agreement for Federal Aid Funded Projects No. 05-5199R; and
WHEREAS, the State has revised the Master Agreement to incorporate various changes
in regulations and policies No.05-5199F15; and
WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. F017 to the Administering Agency-State
Agreement for Federal Aid Funded Project No. 05-5199F15 designates the State and/or
Federal funds requested and the matching funds to be provided by the City of Arroyo
Grande for the Traffic Way Bridge Replacement Project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande is eligible to receive State and/or Federal funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande hereby:
1. Approves Exhibit A attached, entitled "Master Agreement Administering Agency-
State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects Agreement No. 05-5199F15".
2. Approves Exhibit B attached, entitled "Program Supplement Agreement No. F017,
to Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 05-
5199F15".
3. Appoints the Mayor as the official representative authorized to sign the Program
Supplement Agreement.
On motion by Council Member Barneich, seconded by Council Member Harmon, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Barneich, Harmon, Ray, and Mayor Hill
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Brown
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 24th day of July, 2018.
