A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
DESIGNATING A LANDMARK TREE 85-17
WHEREAS, Sec.l0-3.06 of the Municipa1 Code of the City of Arroyo
Grande provides for the preservation and protection of certain trees in
order. to produce a more desira~le, pleasing and beautiful community and

l/, WHEREAS, this tree, due to its age, species, configuration, and

and
WHEREAS, the ParKs and Recreation Commission of the City of Arroyo
Gr-.3.nd~ r'ecommends to the Ci ty Counci 1 that this tr-ee should be pr'es.erl.}ed
and orotected and should be desiqnated as a Landmark Tree if it wer.e
with)n the City of Arroyo Grande;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grand~ hereby
designates this tree as a Landmark Tree Honore~ and Desiqnee which, when
annexed to the City, '~.hall become an r:.!fficia.l Landm.~f'~~ Tr'ee and dir'ect.s
that it shall be monumented as Landmark Tree Honoree and Desiqnee Number
85-17; and -
