RESOLUTION NO. 1904
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A BOULEVARD
STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF VIA LOS BERRO~
AND VALLEY ROAD
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a boulevard
stop sign at the intersection of Via Los Berros Road and Valley Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a stop sign be placed on Via Berros at the
northeast corner, of Via Los Berros and Valley Road,
so as to stop westbound traffic before crossing
Valley Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized, to provide and install sufficient
signs and/or markings to indicate said stop signs.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member
Johnson, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Gallagher, Johnson, Moots, Porter and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 12th day of November, '1985.
