RESOLUTION NO. 3302
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
. RELEASING INTEREST IN EXISTING PUBLIC SEWER
AND STORM DRAIN EASEMENTS
WHEREAS. the City of Arroyo Grande is the beneficiary of a public sewer easement and
a public storm drain easement. both as shown on Parcel Map AGAL 83-013 as recorded
December 10. 1986 in Book 40 at Page 85 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo. State of California; and.
WHEREAS. the facilities which said easements were intended for have been relocated to
a new location; and.
WHEREAS. appropriate new easements have been offered over the relocated facilities.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
has determined that the public sewer easement and public storm drain easement recorded
December 10. 1986 in Book 40 at Page 85 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo. State of California. are not necessary. and the
City hereby releases its interest in said easements.
On motion by Council Member Runels . seconded by Council Member Lady . and
by the following roll call vote. to wit:
AYES:Couneil Members ~u~els" Lady, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT:Couneil Member Fuller
ABSTAIN: ouneil Member Tolley
