RESOLUTION NO. 1892
A RESOLUTION OF 1HE CITY COUNCIL OF 1HE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY DEEDED BY 1HE ESI'ATE OF MARIE
MALLORY AND AlTfHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUfE A CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
(GOVERNMENT CODE SECfION 27281)
WHEREAS, the City has entered into an Agreement to J;Ufchase a portion of a parcel of
real property from the Estate of Marie Mallory, and;
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to execute a Certificate of Acceptance before the
deed may be recorded.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the city of Arroyo Grande
as follows: -'
1. The Mayor is hereby authori1:ed to execute on behalf of the City a Certificate of
Acceptance of real property from the Estate of Matie Mallory, in substantially the
fonn and content shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and the Certificate of
Acceptance may be recorded simultaneously with the recordation of the Grant Deed.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member Moots, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
A YES: Council Members Gallagher and Moots and Mayor Snith
NOES: Council Members Johnson and Porter
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of September, 1985.

DEED TO REAL PROPERTY
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION,
a national banking association, as conservator of the estate of MARIE
MALLORY, conservatee, pursuant to the order of the Superior Court of
California, County of San Luis Obispo, made on September 23, 1985, in
the matter of the conservatorship of the estate of MARIE MALLORY, a
conservatee, case no. 17300, confirming sale of real property and
directing the execution of a conveyance, hereby conveys to THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, a municipal Corporation, without any representation,
warranty, or covenant of any kind, express or implied, all right,
title, interest, and estate of the conservatee in the real property
situated in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "An attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference, consisting of one (1) page.
