RESOLUTION NO. 1885'
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A
"NO PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF TRAFFIC
WAY, (330 TRAFFIC WAY) (MUNICIPAL CODE
4-3.0S).
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a por.
tion of Traffic Way, as specifically described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the Westerly
frontage of Traffic Way beginning from the point of in.
tersection of the Northerly right of way line of Fair
Oaks Avenue and the Westerly right of way line of
Traffic Way a length of 330 feet to a point with its
intersection with the Southerly property line of the
Post Office.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member
Moots, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Gallagher, Johnson, Moots, Porter and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of September, 1985.
