A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING UNDER-
GROUND RESOLUTION NO. 1862 TO ESTABLISH
AN EFFECTIVE DATE FOR NOTICE (TRAFFIC
VIA Y NO.4)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
as follows:
1. Resolution No. 1862 regarding Underground Utility DistrIct
Traffic Way No.4 is amended to add an effective date for
purposes of notIce, namely September 6, 1985.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council
Member Moots, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
A YES: Counci I Members Johnson, Ga 11 agher, Moots, Porter and Mayor Smi th
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 27th day of Augus t,
