RESOLUTI ON NO. 1860
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING CITY REPRESENTATIVES
TO ACQUIRE FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY FROM THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, Federal regulations require eligibility files to be updated
at lease once every three years; and
WHEREAS, the files reveal the requirement for the City of Arroyo Grande
to renew their eligibility;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, and hereby ordered that the officials whose names, titles, and
signatures are listed below shall be and are hereby authorized as our repre-
sentatives to acquire federal surplus property from the California State Agency
for Surplus Property under certain terms and conditions.

On motion of Council Member Gallagher, Moots,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:

NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted the 25th day of June, 1985.
