RESOLUTION NO. 1856
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLI SH 1 NG A "NO PARKI NG"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF GRAND AVENUE (717 GRAND
AVENUE) (MUNICIPAL CODE 4-3.05).
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a
portion of Grand Avenue, as specifically described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the Southerly
frontage of Grand Avenue extending from a point along the
Southerly right of way I ine from a point 80 feet Easterly
of the intersection of Grand Avenue with the Easterly right
of way of Rena Street extending along said Southerly right
of way line of Grand Avenue a length of 70 feet to a point
which lies 150 feet Easterly of said intersection of Grand
with the Easterly right of way of Rena Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande
be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or
markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.

and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Gallagher, Johnson, Moots, Porter and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted the 11th day of June, 1985.
