OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING RETROACTIVELY JUN 3 1985
THREE DENIAL STRIPS, AS DEDICATED ON TRACT
MAP 550 IN THE VICINITY OF CERRO VISTA CIRCLE. FRANCISM..COONEV

WHEREAS, three denial strips (B, C and D) were created with Tract 550; and
WHEREAS, it has become evident that it would be in ~e best interest of the
citizens of Arroyo Grande that these denial strips be accepted as public right of
way rather than falling into the hands of other private owners through proceedings
following a tax default by the original developer.
NOW, THEREFDRE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Denial Strips shown as B, C and D"on
Tract 550 are hereby accepted retroactively to July 1, 1981, for right of way
purposes by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member Moots, and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Gallagher, Johnson, Moots, Porter and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28th day of May 1985.
