R 1846 RESOLUTION NO. 1846 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLI SH I NG A "NO PARKI NG" ZONE ON A PORTION OF GRAND AVENUE, 405 GRAND AVENUE (MUNICIPAL CODE 4-3.05) WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion of Grand Avenue, as specifically described below. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS: That a "No Parking" zone be established on the Southerly frontage of Grand Avenue extending from a point along the southerly right of way line from a point 85 feet easterly of the intersection of Grand Avenue with the southerly prolongation of the easterly right of way of Oak Street extending along said southerly right of way line of Grand Avenue a length of 130 feet to a point which lies 215 feet easterly of said intersection of Grand Avenue with the south- erly prolongation of the easterly right of way of Oak Street. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
