RESOLUTION NO. 1842
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MA YOR TO SIGN
A GRANT DEED AS A PART OF THE SALE OF CITY-OWNED
REAL PROPERTY AT WHITELEY AND NELSON STREETS,
COMMONL Y KNOWN AS "THE WHITELEY PROPERTY."
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande adopted Resolution No,
1825, dated February 12, 1985, which authorized the Mayor to sign a Quitclaim Deed to Buyer
of said property; and
WHEREAS, said property ownership is to be transferred by Grant Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 1825 is hereby amended
to provide that the Mayor is authorized to sign a Grant Deed on behalf of the City of Arroyo
Grande.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher ,seconded by Council Member Porter ,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
A YES: Council Members Gallagher, Porter and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Members Johnson and Moots
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of March, 1985.
