RESOLUTION NO. 1838
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING RETROACTIVELY
THREE DEN I AL STRIPS, AS DEDICATED ON
TRACT MAP 550 IN THE VICINITY OF CERRO VISTA
CIRCLE.
WHEREAS, three denial strips (B, C and D ) were created with Tract 550; and
WHEREAS, it has become evident that it would be in the best interest of the
citizens of Arroyo Grande that tnese denial, strips be accepted as public right of
way rather than fa 11 ing into the hands of other private owners through proceedings
following a tax default by theorig!nal developer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,Jhat denial strips shown as B, C and D
on Tract 550 are hereby accepted retroactively for right of way purposes by the
Ci ty Counci 1 of the Ci ty of ~~~Oyo Grande. ' ~..
On motion of Council Member Ga'llagher, seconded by Council Member Porter,
