RESOLUTION NO. 1832
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A TEMPORARY BOULEVARD
STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF JAMES WAY AND
OAK PARK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a boulevard stop sign
at the intersection of James Way and Oak Park Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
AS FOLLOWS:
That a temporary stop sign be placed on James Way at the
southwest corner of James Way and Oak Park Boulevard, so
as to stop eastbound traffic before crossing Oak Park
Boulevard.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande,
be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or
markings to indicate said stop signs.
On motion of Councilman Gallagher , seconded by Councilman Moots,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit: 'j.
AYES: Council Members Gallagher, Johnson, Moots, Porter and Mayor Smith.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
