RESOLUTION NO. 1817
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING TENTATIVE
HAP FOR THE OAK KNOLL DEVELOPMENT, FILED BY
OAK KNOLL VENTURES, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN
CONDITIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has considered
Tentative Parcel Map for the Oak Knolls Development, filed by Oak Knoll
Ventures, in accordance with the Arroyo Grande City Code; and
WHEREAS, said Tentative Parcel Map was referred to various publ ic
utility companies, City departments, the Staff Advisory Committee and
Planning Commission for recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the Tentative Map to conform to the
City's General Plan and elements thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande hereby approves said Tentative Parcel Map, subject to the
following conditions:
1. All rights of way for City streets, water 1 ines, sewer lines
and drainage facilities shall be offered for dedication on the
parcel map.
2. Prior to recordation, a master water, sewer and drainage plan
shall be prepared for review and approval by the Public Works
Depa rtment.
3. Public improvements shall be completed in conformance with
the aforementioned amendment to the rezoning Ordinance.
4. Parcel Map shall show only parcel lines (not individual lot
lines which will be subject to future resubdivisions).
On motion by Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member
Johnson, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Gallagher, Johnson, Porter and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted the 11th day of December 1984.
