RESOLUTION NO. 1816
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO.
1246, WITH CONDITIONS, FILED BY STEVE COOL,
AGENT FOR RUTH PAULDING.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has considered the
Tentative Map of Tract No. 1246, filed by Steve Cool, Agent for Ruth Paulding, in
accordance with Chapter 3 of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Arroyo Grande;
and
WHEREAS, said Tentative Map was referred to the City Planning Commission,
various public utility companies, City departments and the Staff Advisory Committee
for recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande finds that the Tentative Map is consistent with the General Plan and City
Zone; and hereby approves satd Tentative Map of Tract No. 1246 subject to
Standard Conditions of the City, and the following Special Conditions:
1. Private asphalt road to be 24 ft. wide to Lot 5 parking lot with 10 ft.
asphalt emergency access/egress with breakaway barrier from Lot 5
parking lot to Crown Hill Street.
2. Easements to be provided to all five lots for transit and parking pur-
poses on private road and for all utilities.
3. Private road improvements to avoid Oak Tree near Lot 5 parking area.
4. Sidewalks, curbs and gutters are required on Crown Hill.
5. On-street parking should be restricted on Crown Hill.
6. Grading plan subject to approval of the Public Works Department.
7. Drainage plan subject to approval of the Public Works Department.
8. Fire protection plan, including quantity and pressure subject to the
approval of the Fire Chief.
9. Appropriate restrictions be recorded for all five lots to be created to
maintain, repair and replace private road, common utilities and hydrants.
10. Asphalt to Lot 5 garage shall be removed and restored with soils and
landscaping.
11. Applicants shall resolve access matters with owners of 555 and 561 Crown
Hill to Council satisfaction prior to final tract map approval.
12. Final approval by the City Council is a required condition.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member Johnson,
and by the following roll call vote, to wit:

ABSTAIN: Mayor Smith
