RESOLUT ION NO. 1806
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLI SH I NG A "NO PARKI NG"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF SOUTH ELM STREET.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a
portion of South Elm Street, as specifically described be10w.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" Zone be established on the easter1y
frontage of South Elm Street between Sunset Drive and
the easter1y pr010ngation of the centerline of Poplar
Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of P01ice of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" Zone.
