RESOLUTION NO. IB03
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING THIRTY (30) MINUTES
PARKING ZONE ON A PORTION OF NORTH HALCYON ROAD
(121 N. HALCYON ROAD) ENCOMPASSING A MINIMUM OF
TWO (2) PARKING SPACES.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a thirty (30)
minute parking zone On a portion of North Halcyon Road, as specifical1y
described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a thirty (30) minute parking zone be established on
the Westerly frontage of North Halcyon Road extending
from a point 164 feet North of the centerline of the
intersection of North Halcyon Road and Grand Avenue
Northerly to a point on the Westerly right of way line,
200 feet Northerly of the centerline of the intersection
of North Halcyon Road and Grand Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said thirty (30) minute parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member Vandeveer,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Gallagher, Millis, Vandeveer and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Hogan
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 1st day of October 1984.
