R 1802 RESOLUTION NO. 1802 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING AND ESTABLISHING A THIRTY (30) MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT ON WEST BRANCH STREET. WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a thirty (30) mile per hour speed limit on West Branch Street, as specifically described below: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS: That the posted speed limit on West Branch Street within the boundaries from Brisco Road to Oak Park Boulevard, be established at thirty (30) miles per hour; and that the Chief of Police of Arroyo Grande be, and is 'herewith authorized and directed to install the applicable speed limit signs and/or markings to indicate said thirty {30} mile per hour speed limit on West Branch Street. On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member Millis, and on the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Gallagher, Millis, Vandeveer and Mayor Smith NOES: None ABSENT: Counci lrnan Hogan the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 1st day of October 1984. jj.~~ MAYOR ATTEST: I, Virginia L.
